Ingredients
100 g mixed green salads
4 slices of low-fat cheese
100 g mayonnaise
MIMIKOS Chicken Schnitzel
4 tortillas (25-27cm)
100 g sun-dried tomato
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the schnitzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, or fry them in a deep pan for 3 minutes.
Slice the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips.
Cut the cheese slices in half lengthwise.
For Assembling the Tortilla:
Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. Add two half slices of cheese, then approximately 25 grams of mixed salad greens along the length. Top with julienned sun-dried tomatoes and finally add the schnitzel cut in half. Roll the tortilla tightly using parchment paper or plastic wrap and cut it in half.
