250 γρ. φρέσκα μανιτάρια κομμένα σε φέτες
2 κ.σ. πράσινες ελιές σε φέτες
1 ξερό κρεμμύδι ψιλοκομμένο
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο τριμμένο
1 κουτί ντοματάκια κονκασέ
1 κ.γ. ξερός βασιλικός

500 γρ. χυλοπίτες

Ingredients
½ bunch of parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
500 gr. noodles
olive oil
salt
pepper
4 MIMIKOS Chicken Legs
250 g sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp sliced green olives
1 dry onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 box of concache tomatoes
1 tbsp dry basil
Preparation
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil for a few minutes. Add the chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Add the mushrooms, stir, and then add the olives, basil, diced tomatoes, ½ cup of water, and chopped parsley. Allow the mixture to simmer, covered, over medium to high heat for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and toss it with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Remove the chicken thighs from the pot and mix the cooked pasta with the sauce in the pot. Serve the pasta on plates and distribute the chicken thighs on top.
