Υλικά Για το κοτόπουλο:
800 γρ. Μπουτάκια Κοτόπουλου MIMIKOS (περίπου 4 τεμάχια)
120 ml χυμός πορτοκαλιού
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο, κομμένες σε φέτες
1 κ.γ. ρίγανη αποξηραμένη
½ κ.γ. μπούκοβο (προαιρετικά)
2 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
Αλάτι & φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι
Για την κρούστα:
1 ½ κ.γ. πιπέρι καγιέν
1 κ.σ. μείγμα μπαχαρικών για κοτόπουλο
1 κ.σ. μαύρη μαλακή ζάχαρη
1 κ.γ. κορν φλάουρ
2 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο

Για τις baby πατάτες:
300 γρ. baby πατάτες, κομμένες στη μέση
2 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
1 ½ κ.σ. μουστάρδα
1 κ.γ. ρίγανη αποξηραμένη
1 κ.γ. σκόρδο σε σκόνη
½ κ.γ. αλάτι
½ κ.γ. φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι
1 κ.γ. μπαλσάμικο (προαιρετικά)

Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chicken seasoning mix
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cornflour
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
For the baby potatoes:
300 g baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ½ tbsp mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Ingredients For the Chicken Drumsticks:
800 g Chicken Drumsticks MIMIKOS (about 4 pieces)
120 ml orange juice
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp hot pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Chicken Drumsticks in the Airfryer:
Marinate: In a bowl, combine orange juice, garlic, oregano, hot pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
Prepare the Crust: Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl.
Coat the Chicken: Remove the chicken drumsticks from the marinade, pat dry, and coat with the crust mixture.
Cook: Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the chicken drumsticks in the basket, making sure they don’t overlap. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. The internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
Roasted Baby Potatoes in the Airfryer:
Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the potatoes in the mixture.
Cook: Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C (400°F). Place the potatoes in a single layer and cook for 12-25 minutes, stirring once or twice, until crispy.
Serve: Remove the potatoes and serve hot!
Tips for Perfect Airfryer Cooking:
Don’t skip the marinating step – it enhances the flavor!
Use a thermometer for juicy, perfectly cooked chicken.
Make sure the potatoes have space to crisp up – don’t overcrowd them!
